These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SK Flooring and to the use of our website. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
SK Flooring is a UK-based flooring company supplying and installing a range of flooring products for domestic and commercial customers.
2. Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of survey or enquiry. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances may be charged separately.
3. Orders & Deposits
Orders may require a deposit before materials are ordered. Production and installation dates are subject to material availability and scheduling.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice. Final balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Installation
Customers must ensure areas are cleared and accessible prior to installation. We are not responsible for delays caused by site conditions beyond our control.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Custom-cut or specially ordered flooring materials may not be refundable once ordered. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your agreement.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period, subject to normal use and maintenance.
8. Limitation of Liability
SK Flooring shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
